Morchella esculenta (Morel Mushroom)

found four wild morels growing just a few feet from the driveway today. They are sooo yummy. I have them soaking in a brine solution and tomorrow I shall dip in egg and dredge in cornmeal followed by a gentle frying in E.V.O.O. For more info : Morchella esculenta
