I had my first harvest of vegetables from and I’s vegetable garden. I made off with a nice bag of leaf lettuce and some rather colourful radishes. My sweet babe made a wonderful fried pineapple/tofu burger and I made potato wedges seasoned with Emerils Creole Essence. It was very yummy.

Worked quite a bit in the garden today removing the weeds and staking my tomatos. I have a pretty good garden that and me have worked dilligently in.
