I am trying something new tonight with fish. I am marinading three filets of whitefish in 4oz of yoghurt, 3tbs pesto, and 4tbs sour cream for atleast 3 hours (preferably overnight). I tried out a new cookbook that my wife’s family bought me for Christmas. Here is the first recipe that I tried: The icing is a vanilla/brandy buttercream icing.
