I am trying my hand at making yoghurt. It appears quite simple, 1 US Gallon of milk (3.79l) and 8oz (250ml) of active culture plain yoghurt as a starter. The trick is holding the temperature between 110°F to 125°F (43.3°C -50°C) for 3 hours. How fucking domesticated I am.
