another long day draws to a close
Well another dull lonely Sunday draws to a close. The last Sunday me and Elli will get to spend together for some time. I sit here lonely. In 24 hours I have my Human Nutrition and Wellness exam. The class is not nearly as easy as one thinks. Have to know the serving size of everything, and be able to list nutritional mins and maxs for every vitamin/mineral along with Fat/Carb/Protein needs per kg of bodyweight. And to recognize the structures of monosaccharides and polysaccharides. Know the differences in the variety of lipids and essential fatty acids. Plus know all the health benefits/risks involved with everything. The test is 100 quessies, multiple choice, fill the blank, matching, short essay, true and false. A true mxied bag. I also have to know the food pyramid intimately. I am so lonely without my Elli. So empty inside. So useless. Her post has me worried. And I am not even sure what she is talking about perfectly. I love her so.
