Kittens

Well apparently Bathsheeba is never going to wean the kittens, they are just a day or two shy of 8 weeks and she is still letting them nurse, which is not doing her any good considering how she is not gaining weight. So I have taken to putting her outside at night to discourage feedings. She caught a rather large snake yesterday in the yard and devoured over half of it. This earned her some status from my family who were surprised at her warrior skills. The kittens are so different in personality, we have the clown, the loner, and the compassionate. I wish I could domesticate Selya more but she is apparently high-strung and needs no human interaction. She will be a wonderful huntress.

I have a final tonight in Human Nutrition and Wellness from 6pm thru 8:30pm but I am sure it won’t last 30 mins.. I am eager to get that overwith. I also have one this Thursday in Human Ecology from 11am to 1pm, though I anticipate that I could finish the final in under 20 mins flat.

I am thinking of my precious baby girl, she is laying in bed now curled up resting, her angelic face glowing with intense beauty, her precious mind a swirl with fuzzy dreamy thoughts. A vision of loveliness. I love her so.

Well time for breakfast and some studying.

cats do not wean their young like dogs by snapping at them as they are socially advanced species. So if you keep a mother and kittens together the mother will continue to nurse them.

A veterinarian assistant told me that so I put dear ole mums outside with her bf chocolate.

Plus she was skinny as a rail and not healthy looking at all
