Well I’m back from a nice 10 day holiday.
I visited Mt. Tamborine which has hundreds of art shops. Mt Cootha’s botanical gardens and lookout points. Redcliffe’s beaches where I got my first touch of the ocean. Ching Chung Taoist Temple. Chinatown in Brisbane.
I also had an incredible dining experience at Govinda’s Hare Krishna Restaurant in Brisbane. Their food was simply the best.
Lets see…hmmm….I also rode the CityCats (catamarans on the Brisbane River).
I also visited the Queensland Art Gallery and saw some lovely sculptures by Degas.
Oh, almost forgot to mention that I visited the Daisy Hills Koala Sanctuary, and took quite a few nature hikes.
