Lights! Camera! Focus!
Why would anyone post a self-pic of themselves that is so blurry that it leaves you wondering if your looking at a nun in a habit or Kosmo Cramer in a wool parka.
I can understand something tiny being a bit blurry when one lacks a good macro lens. But for an entire body to be out of focus defeats the purpose of even posting online not to mention screams that a person is to slack or inept to even take a decent snapshot.
Also way to many people are overexposing their photos. A slight overexposure can create an an interesting artistic image from time to time. But when everything is constantly overexposed it is poor photography.
My appreciation of true photography has blossomed after seeing some of the really low quality photography that the net has seeping from every RJ-45 jack.
Whats sad is that so many of these people have damn good cameras and cannot take even a piss poor snapshot. The art is truly in the artist not in the equipment.
