Home Made Tomato Soup Recipe

6 Medium Tomatos (peeled and de-stemmed)
2 Fresh Sweet Basil  chiffonade
¼tsp Dried Oregano (or 4 or 5 leaves chiffonade)
½tsp Fresh Minced Garlic

Purée the tomatos with a stick blender (or regular blender).

Add the tomatos and remaining ingredients into the slow cooker and cook till the soup has thickened a bit.

Stir into the soup a heaping tbs of sour cream or heavy cream, serve hot.
