My Potato Salad
13.75oz Instant Mashed Potato (390g)
6 2/3 Cups Hot Water
2½ tsp Salt
2½ Cups Whole Milk
1½ Cups Mayonaise
5+ tbs Sweet Pickle Relish
4-5 tbs Yellow Mustard
In a large bowl add the hot water, milk, salt, instant mashed potato flakes. Mix throughly. Add in the mayonaise, sweet pickle relish, and yellow mustard. Blend till creamy and smooth and enjoy.
