Chicken Satay Recipe

¼c Mr. Yoshida’s Thick & Spicy Cracked Pepper & Garlic Sauce
½c Creamy Peanut Butter
1tbs Curry Powder
1tsp Garlic Powder
1lb Chicken Boneless Chicken Breasts (cut into ½” strips thick strips)

Skewer the chicken breasts with bamboo skewers that have been soaked in water for atleast ten minutes.  Accordion pleat the chicken down the skewers, and spoon on the sauce to the chicken skewers.  Place on a grill and turn periodically for even cooking.  Test for doneness by slicing into the thickest part of the meat on each skewer to ascertain if it is done.
