Butterfly Cake

I tried out a new cookbook that my wife’s family bought me for Christmas.

Here is the first recipe that I tried:

The icing is a vanilla/brandy buttercream icing.

    It was so tasty.

    I basically made 5 vanilla and then added a tablespoon cocoa powder to remaining batter and made 5 chocolate as well. 😉
