New Fish Dish
I am trying something new tonight with fish.
I am marinading three filets of whitefish in 4oz of yoghurt, 3tbs pesto, and 4tbs sour cream for atleast 3 hours (preferably overnight).
Dry the filets and sprinkle both sides with Emeril’s Creole Essence and place in a heated skillet containing extra virgin olive oil. Cover and cook on medium low til mostly opaque on top and then turn and cook for a minute or two longer.
