Last night me and
She made an incredible potato salad, which includes diced steamed potatos, sweet pickle relish, salad dressing, American mustard, hot English mustard, dill pickle juice, celery, and garlic almond slivers.
I made a hot pocket and filling, which includes diced tomatos, white beans, celery, onion, minced garlic, mixed veggies, cumin, chipotle tabasco, ginger, Emeril’s Creole Essence. I basically heated flour tortillas, smothered each in a tablespoon of my home made black olive hummus, and the above mentioned mixture.
Together this was an incredible meal, extremely satisfying and yet soothing in the recent bit of heat that mother nature has blessed us with the past few days.
