<lj user=”styggie”>’s Clam Chowder – Enhanced

19oz can  Progresso Clam Chowder
9med Potatos (cubed & boiled)
1C Cauliflower
2/3can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/3 Med Onion chopped
1tsp minced garlic
1tsp olive oil
1C water
1tsp Rubbed Sage
3tsp Soul Seasoning
1tsp Paprika
½tsp Cumin

Sautée the onion and garlic in the olive oil, steam the potato and cauliflower til fork tender.  Add potato, cauliflower into the sautéed mixture and mix.  Add water, seasoning, and remainder of the ingredients.  Cook for a few minutes til the flavours mingle.
