I can vouch for Fotki (great prints and fast service albeit a tad pricier than winkflash). I can also vouch for winkflash making great prints at fantastic prices on the prints and shipping, but winkflash is just a bit slow to process and deliver your order so when speed is needed fotki is best otherwise winkflash.
