I made California Rolls tonight which were quite tasty.

They contain crab (real not imitation), cucumber, avocado, sushi rice (sugar, rice vinegar, salt, rice).

Served with wasabi & soy sauce.

I have a set of them, each bowl is a different colour.

They are made in Japan by a company called “Tajimi” and mine are in pink, blue, cyan, green, tan, and yellow 🙂

I think Tajimi is a small town known for pottery.
