Some of my plants.
Well I noticed a few days ago we had baby tomatos on one of our Health Kick (Roma type) plants. They really love sunlight and moist soil, the tomato plants are around 3 feet tall already. I also have a jalapeno plant, which is doing really well in the fruiting department..
A slight botanical note, some plants are hairy (pubescent) and some are smooth (glabrous). The two above plants and photos show this quite clearly. The jalapeno pepper is glabrous as it lacks hairs (trichomes) and the tomato is pubescent as it has many hairs (trichomees). The hairs have been suggested to have many purposes, from detering insects munching, to reflecting excess sunlight, etc….
