Mustards
I truly am American, but I do happen to really enjoy a good English Mustard. For hotdogs and the like yah American Mustard is still king. But when it comes to things like ham, potato salad, and sandwiches, it is hard to not simply love the spicy hot flavour of good ole Hot English Mustard. Now as a close second I do enjoy quite a bit this Mr. Mustard’s Hot variety, it is a quite nice and mildly hot whole grain mustard, which I use in any recipe that calls for Cajun Mustard.
I like English mustard particularly on ham sandwiches, dijon on most other sandwiches. On hot dogs, though, it’s gotta be Guldens spicy brown. With chopped onions, relish, and celery salt.

June 29th, 2006 at 12:02 pmI have a plethora of mustards in my fridge besides the two mentioned above, including; dijon, stadium mustard, american mustard, and Royal Bohemian Horseradish Mustard (this stuff makes everyone cry).
I need to pick up some Guldens, haven’t had any of their spicy brown in ages. I think I also want to try German Beer Mustard.
