Valentines Day Celebration
I am making a few Valentines Day treats, first I started with making a good ganache in which to make dark chocolate truffles. This is in the fridge as we speak firming up. I will shape and dip those later. As for fannings, I am thinking about cayenne + cocoa powder, cocoa powder, toasted cocoanut, and crushed nuts.
Secondly I am making a chocolate soufflé which I cannot make til much later because the lose their lift shortly after being made, and I want these soufflés to make a statement.
I am also making a nice meal, complete with soup, and salad.
What a delicious way to celebrate Valentine’s Day!!
