Saw on CNN Headlines just now some nutritional news in regards to fast food.

Some individual who was projected as some nutritional professional was asked what was the best fast food restaurant for health conscious individuals.
What pissed me off is how he was saying McDonald’s was doing more for cities than mayors or govenors. What the fuck?

One of the food options he suggested was the Chicken Cob Salad with these stats:
390 Calories
20g Carbohydrates (20% of calories)
34g Protein (35% of calories)
20g Fat (46% of calories)

And we wonder why America has an obesity problem. One of the things I noticed in my nutrition course which I had years ago, was the lack of public understanding when it comes to nutrition. The bulk of the students in my class were nurses and they thought Jello was a great source of protein, that if it was green (aka vegetable or salad) it had to be good for you even if it had a half cup of thousand island dressing on it.

Judge Judy would have knocked this case out in 30 minutes, bury her in the Bahamas, and give whomever passes the paternity test the child. If this judge wants to romance on his life perhaps he needs to write an autobiography. We had a local judge who’se cases were broadcast on local channel, and he was the same way, for every 30 minutes of actual applicable work there would be 50 minutes of anecdotes, short stories, and philosophical ramblings all totally irrelevant.
