Happy St. Patrick’s Day
We decided to go out a bit on St. Patrick’s Day as it isn’t normally one of the holidays that my family ever celebrated with any grandeur.
Today’s menu will be:
- Potato Farls (Potato Cakes)
- Sheperds Pie (Vegetarian)
- Colcannon (Vegetarian)
- Cabbage & Corned Beef (I know it’s an americanized irish dish)
