Tornado
Well we are finally back online.
Timeline:
Tuesday 10:20pm EDT Lost all utilities including water.
Thursday Night/Friday Morning 1:30am Power restablished
Wednesday ~2pm Internet restablished.
Harlan County had their very first tornado….actually two tornados touched down.
An enormous 150′ pine was uprooted in my brothers yard, and a flowering crabapple landed on Ell’s car destroying the rear windshield. Our house had quite a few shingles removed in large sections, often down to bare plywood. Every large tree in 500′ of our house was uprooted, all the roofs of neighbors porches were also destroyed.
